Aircheck for Advertisers

AirCheck broadcast monitoring provides independent data on what's been broadcast on metropolitan and major regional radio stations. AudioNET uploads campaign booking data directly from your media agency and compares that against the AirCheck Airplay reports.

The result is an accurate report that clearly shows what actually went to air, compared with what you and your agency expected to go to air.

If you want to investigate further, AirCheck can show you how evenly your commercials were spread throughout your booked times. It can show you whether your spots ran in the same break as your competitors, or right up against your competitors.  And it can show you where your spots ran in each commercial break.

And you can listen to your commercials in situ -  so you can hear what your target audience heard.

AirCheck also protects you from the most expensive and embarrassing mistakes on radio station.

If a radio station accidently loads the wrong audio onto a correct key number, AirCheck will show you something's wrong.

These errors are expensive. For example:
  • AirCheck picked up several stations were running NSW audio across all states, when specific state permit numbers were required for a competition.   The error occurred when several different files were given the same key number before they even reached the radio station.  Effectively, the advertiser was breaking the law.
  • AirCheck picked up an error where a completely different ad was loaded onto an advertiser's key number on one particular radio station.  Not only did the advertiser NOT get the spots they'd paid for, ANOTHER advertiser was getting freebies at their expense!

In both these cases, if you were the advertiser, a normal post report would show you or your media agency that everything went to air as it should have.  And a normal post report usually arrives weeks after the campaign went to air, when it's too late to fix anything anyway.

AirCheck data is updated hourly and AudioNET will provide reports when you want: daily, weekly, monthly etc. If there is a problem it can be fixed straight away. And if the network offers bonuses or make-goods, you can use AirCheck to confirm that they appear during the current campaign.
