AudioNET services for agencies

AudioNET's services for agencies can be summed up as making sure your clients radio commercials get to air quickly and reliably, and then checking to make sure they were broadcast as they were supposed to be.

Software for both AudioNET dispatch and AirCheck broadcast monitoring are designed to be easy to use for time-poor professionals who need to produce clear, neat reports that can be forwarded straight on to clients without hours of editing and explanations.

AirCheck Broadcast Monitoring

AirCheck's accuracy is unparalleled. If you ring a radio station to query a post report based on AirCheck information, you won't get an argument.

Your AirCheck reports are based on your BCC booking data, and our software automatically correlates your BCC schedule against what was broadcast: showing clearly what went to air as it should have, what was wrong, what was missed and bonus spots. You don't have to do the comparison yourself. We get computers to do it for you.

AirCheck will also give you Position in Break, Share Of Voice, Competitor Adjacencies and Spread reports.

Browse through AirCheck Case Studies to see how we've helped other clients.

Complete Monitoring Service

AudioNET's clients have been telling us that although the AirCheck data we provide is instantaneous and accurate some struggle with the ever increasing complexity of reports demanded by advertisers. Eg. providing the detail on spots contracted to be played first & last in break.

AudioNET has been increasing the reports available for advertisers but up until now it has been difficult for time poor account managers to collate the information.

AudioNET is therefore introducing a new Complete Monitoring Service where our AirCheck Services team will run regular reports for you.

AudioNET Dispatch

AudioNET's dispatch works quite differently from every other service in the market: commercials are dispatched directly from the audio production studio where they're produced, to the radio stations where they're needed.  There are several reasons for this:
  • Expert audio professionals are the last people to touch the files, so audio quality is assured
  • No interference between the studio and the stations significantly reduces the likelihood that an audio file will be corrupted, mis-labelled or mis-directed.
  • All radio stations have access to the files at the same time, regardless of whether they're metro, regional or community stations.
The first two points are extremely important because errors in radio campaigns cost agencies, advertisers and radio stations around Australia approximately $24m each year.*

The average error rate in each radio campaign is 4%.

AudioNET dispatch is designed to reduce the gaps in the delivery process  to make sure that commercials get to the radio stations as efficiently as possible.

Then it's up to the individual broadcasters to manage your clients' campaigns accurately.
