You can pause deliveries, if you want to set a delivery up ahead of time - and then just finalise it when it suits you.
You can cancel deliveries. Cancellations trigger an automatic notice to radio stations - and make the commercial inaccessible. You can log into AudioNET to see if any stations have already downloaded a cancelled spot - so you know if they need to be contacted and told to pull something out of their broadcast system. (Or of course, we can do it for you.)
