AudioNET is owned by DBM Systems. DBM Systems was formed in 1997 with a vision to use the Internet to provide faster, more efficient and flexible delivery services to the radio industry.
It is a privately owned Australian family company, based in Yarraville 10 minutes west of Melbourne's CBD.
In January 2002 AudioNET® launched as Australia's first Internet delivery service for broadcast advertising.
In 2006 AudioNET partnered with RCS to enhance the AirCheck music monitoring software, adding real time audio advertising monitoring, auditing and verification for media agencies.
In July 2008 AudioNET was judged by the Dell Small Business Excellence Awards as one of Australia's 10 most innovative companies.
In 2013 Media agency OMD and Radio Network ARN pioneered AudioNET's RadioMATRIX® service, for daily automated reconciliation of agency bookings and station advertising schedules. Within three months, ARN's make-goods and account queries with OMD fell to zero.
Today, RadioMATRIX covers 85% of agencies in Australia, protecting millions of dollars of radio advertising every day.
