AudioNET Audio Verification's reporting goes deeper than any other audio verification service in Australia. We report on so much more than the question of whether the media you paid for is what you received. The combined power of our reporting provides you with deep intelligence on how your campaign was executed, enabling you to not only track the delivery effectiveness of your buy, but make incremental adjustments for future campaign optimisation.
Our standard weekly reports include:
- Summary report
- Detailed Discrepancy report
- Full Airplay listing (can be filtered by network, market, product or Key Numbers)
- Weekly SMD Post file. (Agency-wide file loaded into SMD for Spot Matching)
We also supply a reporting at the conclusion of each campaign which summaries your entire campaign. This includes the four standard reports listed above in addition to:
- Position in Break
- Spread Report (by Day Part or days of the week, or ½ splits in a session)
- Competitor adjacency report
- eRam file supply
Error and discrepancy reporting
We typically deliver reporting on a weekly basis and for longer campaign periods we summarise activity via a monthly wrap up. We can customise our reporting frequency on a needs basis, including daily reporting if required. You receive your reports via an emailed summary containing colour coded top line numbers and PDF and Excel document links. If you need to drill down into the data you simply download the reports as you need them from the links provided.
Tracking bonus
We can track how your balance was delivered, ensuring that you not only received your bonus, but it was played within dayparts negotiated and spread appropriately across the duration of the campaign. We can also track and report on any additional non negotaited bonus that you may have received.
Position in break
Our PIB reports are not simply based on first or last positions. Our reporting maps out exactly which position your ad played during the break on a network by network basis and the percentage of times your ad appeared in that slot.
Competitor adjacency
Knowing where your competitor's ads appear is crucial, particularly in the event that your buy includes some level of exclusivity. We can also set up custom reporting to benchmark against category activity and new entrants.
Spread reporting
We provide you with a clear picture of what percentage of buy appears in which day part on a network by network basis. We can provide you a full spread report inclusive and exclusive of negotiated bonus and and any additional bonus.
Reach and frequency
AudioNET is the only verification service in Australia that supplies you with an eRam file as part of your reporting suite.
